Immediate Family Membership

Are you an Immediate Family Member of Someone with a UCD?

Membership for immediate family members of someone with a UCD is only $25 per year. That's less than 10 cents per day. If you are so inclined to give more than your minimum membership, we would humbly accept your donation to our mission.

As an immediate family member of NUCDF, you will receive a thank you card with a small keepsake item. You will also receive printed caregiver/family support resources, and receive our monthly e-newsletter to stay up to date on all things NUCDF.
