Immediate Family Membership

Are you an Immediate Family Member of Someone with a UCD?

Membership for immediate family members of someone with a UCD is only $25.  If you are so inclined to give more than your minimum membership, we would humbly accept your donation to our mission.

As an immediate family member of NUCDF, you will receive a thank-you card with a small keepsake item. You will also receive printed caregiver/family support resources, and receive our monthly e-newsletter to stay up to date on all things NUCDF.
