Extended Family Membership

Are you an Extended Family Member of Someone with a UCD?

Membership for extended family members of someone with a UCD is only $50.  If you are so inclined to give more than your minimum membership, we would humbly accept your donation to our mission.

As an extended family member of NUCDF, you will receive a thank-you card with a small keepsake item. You will also receive printed caregiver/family support resources, a printed copy of our year-in-review 2024 so that you can see firsthand the work donations like yours do for this community, and our monthly e-newsletter to stay up to date on all things NUCDF moving forward.
